It sometimes feels as though I was born into property management. WMG was founded by my wonderful parents, in the mid-1980’s, when I was in middle school. As a teenager, I did quite a bit of work for the business, from lawn maintenance at vacant properties, to trash-outs, to interior painting. Still, Residential Property Management was decidedly not on my radar as a career choice. Life has a funny way of working out, though, and at the suggestion of my parents, I obtained my Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 1993 and began working for WMG as a property manager. In 2005, I obtained my Real Estate Broker’s license, and gradually transitioned into overseeing all day-to-day business operations.
My wife and I purchased the business in 2014, and we run it together with our fantastic team. I have been a member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), since our Orlando/Central Florida chapter was formed in 1995. Since 2021, I have been the Legislative Chair for our local chapter, which involves participation with NARPM in annual legislative summits both in Tallahassee, FL and Washington, DC, advocating for the rights of landlords here in Florida. I am committed to keeping Florida a Landlord friendly state, for the benefit of our current and future clients.
I’m a proud father of two young men, and husband to my wonderful wife, Stacy. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, exploring new restaurants, traveling, learning more about bourbon, and adding to my ever-expanding collection of good bottles (they’re meant to be enjoyed with friends, not placed on a shelf, never to be opened!). I also enjoy dabbling in leatherworking & woodworking, and one of these days, I will learn to weld, so I can combine welding/metal fabrication with woodworking and leatherworking, to create… who knows, but I’m sure it’ll be cool.
“Always do right; this will gratify some people and astonish the rest” --Mark Twain
It’s not often you encounter someone who has known their spouse since the 3rd grade, dated them during senior year of high school and throughout college, married them after college graduation, raised two beautiful young men together, and also works alongside them in a co-owned business. But here I am with my husband, David, who is also our Broker—proof positive that relationships with longevity still exist in the world. (If you’re wondering, it’s Bourbon. That’s the secret sauce!)
As co-owner of Wilson Management Group, I focus on operations accounting, marketing & advertising, customer experience, and overall company growth and mission. When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find me reading, baking fabulous sourdough bread, nurturing our porch plants, or dreaming of fantastic travel adventures.

My name is Nicole Hebert, and I have worked at Wilson Management Group for more than 20 years. I started out with Wilson Management as a receptionist and eventually rose to the position of head of bookkeeping. I was born in Ohio, but I grew up in South Florida. After completing my two-year degree at Palm Beach State College, I went on to Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. While I was a student at LSU, I started working in the hospitality industry, which aided in the development of my attention to detail and customer service abilities.
When I’m not at work, I am a mother of two, and I love staying active through exercise. I also enjoy spending quality time with my family and making trips to Walt Disney World, which has always been a favorite getaway. My passion for both my career and my personal life drives me to maintain a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
I’ve been a part of the Wilson Management Group team since 2008. As the office administrator, I wear many different hats in my role, drawing on over 25 years of office experience in the construction and property management industries. My day-to-day often involves multitasking and collaborating with colleagues. I’m dedicated to fostering an atmosphere of conflict resolution, ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
When I'm not balancing my professional commitments, I cherish my time as a proud mom. In my free time, you can often find me enjoying the great outdoors, whether I’m boating, fishing, or soaking up the sun while listening to live music. I believe that life is all about finding that perfect balance, and I strive to bring the same dedication I have at work into my personal life.
I began my journey with Wilson Management Group in 2001 and have enjoyed being part of an incredible team for over two decades. I take pride in maintaining high standards, fostering strong relationships, and creating positive experiences for property owners and tenants alike. Outside of work, my life revolves around my immediate and extended family. I am passionate about staying physically active, embracing health and nutrition and spending time outdoors where I feel the most connected and inspired.

I'm Lionel Hebert, a Property Manager with Wilson Management Group in Central Florida. With over 20 years of experience managing both restaurants and properties, I've learned that the most important thing I manage is people. Whether it's employees, customers, vendors, applicants, tenants, or owners, everyone has unique needs, challenges, and concerns. My goal is to use my experience, knowledge, and network of skilled professionals to help solve these challenges and create solutions that work for everyone.
I was born and raised in South Louisiana, the son of a Cajun father and a Cuban mother. As one of five siblings, I grew up surrounded by a rich blend of culture and diversity, which has shaped my ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Before transitioning to property management, I spent seven years as a restaurant manager, where I honed my skills in leadership and customer service. I also graduated from LSU with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, which helped me develop a creative and problem-solving mindset that I apply to my work every day.
Outside of work, I’ve had some exciting experiences, including skydiving, scuba diving, and even being the lead vocalist in a five-member rock band during college. But the most rewarding roles I’ve taken on have been as a husband and father of two boys. These experiences have taught me the value of patience, empathy, and balance—qualities that I bring into my professional life as well.
At the core of property management is finding ways to solve problems, assist people, and ensure everything runs smoothly. I’m passionate about using my skills to make life easier for those I serve and ensuring that each property I manage meets the highest standards.
I’m Joseph F. English Jr, yet you can call me Joe. Just like my simple preferred name, I like to conduct business in a straightforward and down-to-earth manner. I always strive to provide a high level of service and be both attentive and fair to owners and tenants alike. I am a proud UCF grad and was a successful multi-unit restaurant manager for many years. Although I loved working in restaurants, it can be tough on a family man. My extensive hospitality education and experience is invaluable to my service minded character. I have been a professional property manager for three years yet involved in real estate and property management for more than six years. My passion for the industry led me to purchase and manage some properties, and seamlessly led into my destined profession.
When not adamantly caring for homes, I spend as much time with my family as possible and love to be outdoors. I met my amazing wife while working at the local ice cream shop together. We stay involved with the local community and keep our two boys busy with sports, music, art, and Scouting. I have coached local youth soccer for many years and have had multiple Scouting leadership positions for more than fifteen years.
I’m very accessible and love to discuss all things real estate for hours on end and let me know if you want to go camping or kayaking and I’ll be there!
