HOW LONG OF A LEASE DO YOU SIGN?
Our standard lease term is one year. However, if a resident is in the military, WMG will always accommodate a military transfer or change of orders which results in the need to terminate the Lease Agreement early. Proper documentation is required in accordance with Florida Statutes. Under certain circumstances, with written owner approval, WMG may agree to a lease term shorter than one year. However, WMG will not consider any Lease term shorter than seven months. -
HOW MUCH SECURITY DEPOSIT DO YOU CHARGE THE RESIDENT?
The minimum security deposit required is equal to one month's rent. Under certain circumstances, additional security deposit may be required as a condition of approval, per our written resident-qualification criteria. -
WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTIES DO YOU MANAGE?
We specialize in unfurnished, privately-owned properties. We do not manage large apartment complexes, and we do not rent out single rooms. -
WHAT TYPE OF REPORTS DO I GET AND HOW OFTEN?
WMG provides monthly statements which you can access through your owner portal. We also provide yearly tax documentation in compliance with all IRA guidelines. -

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING FOR REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE REQUESTS?
The owner is responsible for repairs to the structural parts of and major systems in the property. However, repairs required because of abuse, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by the Resident, occupants, pets, guests, family members, or any other persons related to or affiliated in any way with Resident, shall be the responsibility of the Resident.
